This position is responsible for driving strategic and analytical initiatives, supporting decision-making processes and ensuring consistency, quality and efficiency across key business processes. The professional will act as a key internal reference, influencing multiple stakeholders and contributing to continuous improvement across the organization.

The main responsibilities of this professional will be:

• Analyze complex information and translate it into actionable insights to support business decision-making.
• Develop strategic recommendations aligned with business priorities and objectives.
• Influence and guide cross-functional teams and leadership, promoting data-driven decision-making.
• Design, optimize and monitor key processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency and scalability.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations and high-level analyses for senior management.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to implement them.
• Act as a technical and methodological reference within the area.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, regulations and market trends.
