Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Dicrector this professional will play a critical role in shaping the company’s reputation, culture, and brand narrative in Brazil. Acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, this professional will lead all internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, business priorities, and global guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
Internal Communications
- Strengthen leadership communication capabilities by coaching executives and supporting them in delivering clear, inspiring, and impactful messages.
- Design and execute integrated internal communication campaigns that promote organizational culture, strengthen employee pride, and support transformation initiatives (cultural, digital, and organizational).
- Manage and oversee the Internal Communication Agency, ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and brand alignment.
- Elevate communication effectiveness through data-driven insights, analytics, and continuous improvement.
- Tailor communication strategies for diverse internal audiences such as Sales Force, Operations, Manufacturing, and Corporate teams.
- Plan and deliver internal events including Town Halls, Webinars, Lives, employee engagement initiatives, and Sales Conventions.
- Promote inclusivity, diversity, well-being, and employee engagement through strategic messaging and storytelling.
External Communications
- Lead the development and execution of a robust reputation strategy, strengthening the company’s visibility, credibility, and leadership position in Brazil.
- Oversee and coordinate PR, media relations, and corporate social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels), ensuring alignment with global branding and local strategy.
- Manage PR, Social Media, and Communication agencies, ensuring excellence in deliverables and strategic alignment.
- Conduct Media Training for senior leaders and prepare spokespeople for interviews, public appearances, regulatory engagements, and crisis situations.
- Review, develop, and approve key corporate materials such as press releases, corporate presentations, Q&As, speeches, media pitches, talking points, and institutional content.
- Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Public Affairs teams to support product and disease-awareness communication strategies.
- Lead crisis communication management, ensuring preparedness, scenario planning, timely responses, and effective coordination with global, regional, and local stakeholders.
Social Responsibility
- Lead all Social Responsibility programs, including Volunteer Initiatives, Community Engagement actions, and Tax-Incentive Projects.
- Ensure alignment with ESG commitments and promote meaningful initiatives that strengthen corporate citizenship and societal impact.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to design and implement projects with long-term, sustainable social value.
Candidate Profile
An outstanding opportunity for a senior executive with a strong academic background and solid experience in Corporate Communications within multinational pharmaceutical and life sciences companies, bringing proven expertise across Internal and External Communications, Media Relations, Social Media Strategy, and Crisis Management. This professional must also demonstrate a deep understanding of the Brazilian healthcare ecosystem and its highly regulated environment.
