About Us
We are looking for a Senior Governance & Operations Analyst to support administrative and operational processes within the IT area, focusing on vendor management, purchases, and financial control.
This is a hands-on, non-technical role, not related to IT support or service desk activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding activities (equipment, access, badges)
- Act as the interface between IT, Finance (AP), Procurement, Legal, and vendors
- Create and manage PR/PO in SAP (ECC / S/4HANA / Ariba)
- Control invoices and payments, ensuring proper follow-up with vendors
- Track expenses and costs, ensuring accuracy and organization
- Support budget follow-up (OPEX/CAPEX)
- Manage contracts, including renewals and approvals
- Ensure strong process ownership and follow-up with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Experience in governance, operations, or administrative processes
- Strong experience with SAP (PR, PO, invoices)
- Experience with vendors, contracts, and invoice/payment control
- Experience supporting cost tracking and budget routines
- Ability to work independently and with strong ownership
- Advanced/Fluent English
