About the Role

Responsibilities
People & Well-being
- Act as the primary lead for Mental Health and Well-being initiatives in Brazil.
- Conduct periodic feedback sessions to monitor the sense of belonging and overall employee wellness.
- Identify needs for internal project changes, English training, or psychological support.
- Assist in onboarding, offboarding, project migrations, and benefits management.
Training & Development (T&D)
- Identify training needs across the team.
- Contact and negotiate with training providers, managing budgets and reimbursements.
- Lead the communication and engagement for internal training programs.
Marketing & Internal Communication
- Create engaging internal content and manage planning.
- Act as the main bridge between Brazil's office and the Global Marketing team.
- Coordinate with marketing external partners and approve social media assets.
Facilities
- Support ESG actions, contract management with vendors, inventory control, and general office organization.
- Support plans for Happy Hours (scheduling, dynamics, prizes) and celebrate commemorative dates.
Requirements
- Advanced (written and spoken) is mandatory for global collaboration.
- Prior background in Human Resources with a focus on Training & Development, mental health initiatives, and employee engagement.
