About the Role
We are supporting a growing healthcare technology and services company in the search for a Head of Revenue Operations. This is a senior, high-impact role responsible for designing, owning, and scaling the revenue operations function to enable predictable, sustainable growth.
The Head of Revenue Operations will serve as the connective layer across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, ensuring alignment, operational rigor, and clear visibility into revenue performance. This role is ideal for someone who thinks holistically about revenue, enjoys building from the ground up, and brings both strategic perspective and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Revenue Operations Strategy
Design and implement a scalable, end-to-end revenue operations framework that supports current growth and future expansion
Establish clear operating rhythms, planning processes, and governance across the revenue organization
Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, providing a unified view of revenue performance and growth opportunities
Build and Lead the Revenue Operations Team
Hire, mentor, and lead a growing team across marketing ops, sales ops, and customer success ops
Set clear goals, development plans, and performance expectations
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making
Drive Revenue Intelligence and Analytics
Develop and maintain forecasting models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks across the full customer lifecycle
Provide leadership with timely, accurate insights into pipeline health, bookings, retention, expansion, and churn
Own revenue data definitions, quality, and reporting consistency
Improve Go-To-Market Efficiency
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leaders to identify friction points
Design and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability
Ensure smooth handoffs across the customer journey, from lead through renewal
Systems, Data, and Process
Ownership
Own and optimize the revenue technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and customer success tools
Build durable, well-documented processes that scale with the business
Ensure strong data governance, hygiene, and operational discipline across all GTM systems
What Success Looks Like
Leadership trusts forecasts, dashboards, and revenue insights
GTM teams operate with clarity, consistency, and efficiency
Revenue processes are scalable, documented, and continuously improving
Revenue Operations is viewed as a strategic partner, not a support function
The business makes faster, better decisions based on reliable data
Qualifications and Experience
10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field
5+ years of experience building and leading teams
Proven track record designing and scaling revenue operations in a growing organization
Deep expertise in forecasting, KPI design, dashboards, and revenue analytics
Strong ownership mindset around CRM and GTM tooling
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Strong cross-functional influence and communication skills
Experience documenting processes in tools like Confluence is a plus
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (marketing, sales, and customer success) strongly preferred
