We're looking for a dynamic and communicative Talent Sourcer with experience in tech recruitment to join our team! You’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging top candidates for our technology roles across Latin America.
What you’ll do:
- Search and engage with candidates for tech positions (hunting & outreach)
- Conduct resume screening and help assess candidate fit
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with the recruitment team
- Support our end-to-end talent attraction efforts for tech roles
Requirements:
- Experience sourcing candidates for technology positions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Intermediate English (spoken) – for team communication and tools
- Based in LATAM
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, etc.)
- Interest in learning and growing within tech recruitment
Work model: Remote | Full-time
Monday to Friday, working in LATAM time zones
