Job Summary
As a Tech Lead, you will spearhead a talented engineering team focused on developing scalable, high-quality software solutions. You will combine hands-on coding expertise with strong leadership skills to guide projects from design through deployment, driving innovation and ensuring best engineering practices across the board.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables.
- Architect, design, and develop scalable software solutions aligned with business goals.
- Review code and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, automation, and testing.
- Monitor team performance and help unblock technical challenges.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding new engineering talent.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a software engineer with progressive leadership or team lead responsibilities.
- Experience building SaaS applications.
- Strong proficiency in React and Golang.
- Willingness to learn Node.js.
- Experience with relational databases (preferably MySQL).
- Experience with NoSQL databases (preferably Elastic).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent.
