About the role
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Team Leader to manage and develop our team of SDRs (Sales Development Representatives). This role is key to ensuring the operational efficiency of the pre-sales area, driving consistent performance, and supporting the team through training, coaching, and strategic actions. You’ll act as a bridge between the team and leadership, playing a crucial role in the execution of commercial initiatives and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and coach the SDR team to ensure performance and continuous development
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, implementing action plans to meet targets
- Conduct call listening sessions and provide structured feedback to the team
- Maintain and improve operational and commercial processes
- Identify and implement improvements to scripts, pitches, and prospecting strategies
- Organize and facilitate training sessions, alignment meetings, and regular follow-ups
- Report performance and key insights to the Sales Management team
- Lead and support commercial actions to generate and convert opportunities
- Act as a technical and behavioral role model for the pre-sales team
Requisitos
- Proven experience leading sales or pre-sales teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
- Ability to coach, train, and provide constructive feedback
- Knowledge of sales qualification methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, BANT)
- Proactivity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English (mandatory)
Nice to Have:
Experience working with SDR teams in the US market or transportation/logistics industry
Spanish proficiency (a plus)
