We are supporting our client, a renowned dental clinic in Orlando, dedicated to transforming smiles through cutting-edge technology and genuine human care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients in person and over the phone who are interested in dental treatments.
  • Clearly, empathetically, and persuasively present and explain treatment plans and procedures.
  • Confidently negotiate and close high-value sales.
  • Conduct strategic follow-ups with leads and patients to maximize conversions.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

We Offer

  • Pay: $18 per hour
  • Commission: 3% on all direct sales closed
  • Schedule: 3 days per week (to be agreed upon)
  • Performance reviews focused on results, organization, and communication
  • Training in advanced sales techniques, including SPIN Selling

Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience in selling high-value services (experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or dentistry is a strong plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and persuasive ability.
  • Goal-oriented mindset, capable of performing under positive pressure.
  • Competitive spirit, high energy, and passion for exceeding results.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
