We are supporting a global HR/IT project that requires a professional to act as a communication bridge between local teams and international stakeholders (mainly India).
This is not a pure translation role — we are looking for someone with a background in IT or HR environments, who can support meetings, understand the context, and ensure clear communication across teams.
Responsibilities
- Participate in project meetings with global teams and vendors
- Support communication between Portuguese and English speakers during calls
- Ensure clarity in discussions involving HR processes and IT topics
- Assist with the translation of emails, meeting notes, and basic documentation
- Help align stakeholders by clarifying context when needed
Requirements
- Fluent English (mandatory) – strong verbal communication is essential
- Fluent Portuguese
- Background in IT support, infrastructure, HR systems or project environments
- Experience in structured corporate environments (medium/large companies)
- Ability to communicate clearly in multicultural settings
- Organized and reliable
Nice to Have
- Exposure to global projects or offshore teams
- Basic knowledge of HR processes or systems
- Experience supporting meetings or stakeholders
Project Details
- Start date: immediate
- Duration: until December (hypercare period)
- Workload: flexible, up to 4 hours per day depending on demand
- Working hours: business hours (BRT)
- Work model: 100% remote, with occasional on-site presence if required in São Paulo - SP
